Not much has been happening these past few days. Just trying to get caught up with homework and ready for my trip to Stockholm, Sweden this weekend! It has been hard to find the motivation to dive back into homework... I have become really good at procrastinating though! I started my secret project today and I am really glad at how it is coming along so far! Other than that it has been a mixture of homework, YouTube, and BuzzFeed procrastination...

After class today and getting some reading done for my Political Utopias class, I met up with Frieda, Eva, Zita, and Franzi downtown to get some hot chocolate at a little cafe. It is getting really cold here and very quickly! I am debating on whether or not to pull out my winter jacket this early and just give up trying to fit in as one of the locals. It is a bright blue coat, so I am sure to stand out. Meanwhile there are people still walking about with shorts and T-shits on!? Must be their viking blood...
The hot chocolate definitely hit the spot on such a cold and windy day and we hit a few stores on the way back. We even took the scenic route on the way back (intentionally? I'm not sure...) and got to see some pretty cool parts of downtown on the tram. After grocery shopping, I made it back home and did homework until I went to bed.

No class today, so I powered through my Political Utopian reading and finally got caught up with that class! Phew! One down, two more to go! But of course the one class I am caught up on has nothing to do with my major or minors... smart Sara.
Some administration people came knocking on our doors today wondering if we had any noise complaints about the people living behind us. I thought that was a bit odd and they even seemed like they wanted us to say yes... I said no, if anything it would be the people living above us, but it is tolerable, so I would never complain.
Swim season back home started on Monday and so now it is crunch time to keep up with them, so that I can come back and dive right in! (Pun intended) I have been trying to eat really healthy and go to the gym as often as I can so that I will be in great shape to hopefully come back and dive for the remainder of the season.

Today I had an interesting guest speaker seminar for genetics talking about mice mutations, but even better, it only took up half of the normal time! :) I worked out at the gym and then came home to take a quick nap. Frieda, Lotte, Frieda's friend, and I leave for Stockholm, Sweden tonight at 11 p.m. It is another night journey and since I did not get much sleep on the last one to Bergen, I figured I should try and get as much as I should while I can! This trip has two night journeys and they are on buses, which I can't imagine being more comfortable than the train was... we will see! We will get in early in the morning and then meet up with Eva and Zita who got there today.
After showering and Packing, I am now getting some last minute things ready and off we will go! I don't know much about Stockholm or what to do there, so hopefully we can find stuff to do and have a lot of fun! Stockholm here I come! :)
